History
Isao Machii was born on August 20th, 1973
Isao is a Japanese Iaido master hailing from Kawanishi, Japan.
He holds several Guinness World Records related to his prowess with the sword.
One Guinness record is for the most sword cuts to straw mats in 3 minutes (252)

Isao Machii’s Super Powers
Isao has SuperHuman sensory powers that are beyond anything anyone has ever seen from a normal human being.
Dr Ramani Durvasula witnessed him cut a pellet from a BB gun in half and had this to say.
This is about processing it at an entirely different sensory level because he is not visually processing it. This is a different level of anticipatory processing. Something so procedural, something so fluid for him.
You can see what she is talking about in the video below. When you watch the video you will see him connect his sword with the pellet which is travelling in excess of 200 MPH!

He is now headmaster of his own samurai school.
He has also been helping to train a robot which attempts to mimic the amazing sword strokes that he is renowned for.

Isao teaches us that nothing is impossible, he has trained his senses and sword skills to Super Human levels.

Although his sword skills are honed from years of practice, there is an element of SuperHuman ability when it comes down to the astounding reactions that Isao displays.
His responses are far superior to those of a normal human being.
With that being said, we have to assume that there were many Samurai with similar skills.
